1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using Kliio services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Kliio provides automation and lead management systems for home service businesses in the United States, including missed call recovery, lead intake, follow-up sequences, review request automation and related services ("Kliio Flow"). Services are provided on a subscription basis following a one-time setup fee.
3. Pilot Program and Pricing
Kliio may offer services under a pilot or founder pricing structure. The setup fee covers installation and configuration. The first 30 days of service are included in the setup fee. After the initial period, services continue on a monthly basis at the agreed rate. No long-term contract is required — services can be cancelled at any time.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Kliio subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@kliio.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once installation has begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information for system configuration
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding SMS, electronic communications and telemarketing
- Not use Kliio systems for spam, harassment or any illegal activities
- Maintain valid payment information for ongoing subscriptions
- Obtain proper consent from your own customers before sending them automated messages
6. Limitation of Liability
Kliio does not guarantee specific business results such as a particular number of recovered jobs, leads generated or reviews obtained. Results vary by business, market, niche and usage patterns. Kliio's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the claim arises.
7. Intellectual Property
All Kliio systems, templates, workflows and materials remain the intellectual property of Kliio. Client data, contacts and business information remain the property of the client.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Messaging Terms
SMS / Text Message Terms — By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Kliio regarding our services, follow-ups and scheduling.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry and service status.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- For help: Reply HELP or contact us at contact@kliio.io.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without receiving marketing messages.
- We do not share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and most US carriers.
